About Me
The thing I find most rewarding is helping professionals realise their potential to lead. I love the variety of issues that come up – personal, strategic, ethical, organisational – and supporting individuals and teams to find the ways forward that work for them.
George is an experienced coach and consultant who for many years has worked with chief executives and senior teams. He specialises is supporting and developing senior professionals – doctors, lawyers, accountants - who now have leadership roles. A former finance director and McKinsey consultant, he has helped many individuals make the transition from “expert to expert and leader”. He directs the leadership programme of the National Institute for Health Research and teaches business strategy and organisational change at the business school at Ashridge.
