George writes and researches widely on the realities of leadership in international organisations. His research focuses on the practice of leadership: what experienced leaders do to get the results they need. |
George entered business after qualifying as a barrister and in his early career was a finance director and general manager. He also worked for McKinseys. Since 1991 he has run his own consultancy business as well as teaching and consulting with Ashridge Hult Business School. |
